Update: Notice on Temporary Suspension of Online Sales

Yesterday, we made a public announcement that any orders received from today will be shipped out after April 20th. However, we have a new update. Although it was a tough decision, DELTAone Hong Kong will be temporarily suspending the online sales service on https://www.deltaone.com.hk/.

We have received information today that the Japanese government is preparing to issue an emergency declaration soon.

This declaration is anticipated to significantly restrict the movement of people and logistics. As we believed that this will cause significant risks to the delivery of your item and safety of employees, we have decided to temporary suspend the sales of product.

For all orders we have already received, we expect to deliver your products within 7 to 14 days, as we promised. Once your package is shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

As we informed in another announcement, DELTAone Hong Kong will open its first Hong Kong store in June. With the world divided by the coronavirus, we will strive to deliver goro’s to the people of Hong Kong. We hope that the coronavirus calms down soon and that normal life for everyone returns.

We will inform you once again about the exact date on resuming the online sales. Meanwhile, please take a good care of yourself and your family members. Stay safe!

Thank you for your continued support with DELTAone Hong Kong.

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and increasing new cases in Japan, DELTAone has decided the temporary closure of the Japan stores from April 5th to 20th. In relation to the store closure, DELTAone Hong Kong will be delaying the delivery of items until April 20th for all orders received from April 5th and onwards.

We will be doing our best to deliver the items as soon as possible. However, please be noted that the situation may change depending on the circumstances and possible declaration of emergency by the Japanese government. In such situation there maybe suspension in logistics country wide and control on movement of people. In this case, we may have to extend the delivery term until further notice.

Although the customer may experience delays, there will be no changes to other operations. We will be offering customer supports and all your packages will be fully insured by the delivery courier as usual, so please rest assured. We will keep you updated as revised information is received.
