**Please be noted that we are currently only accepting buyback applications from customers in Hong Kong. Customer who wishes to apply for the buyback service may contact us via our customer support channel or inform us in-person at the store.

 

(Guidance)

 

Step 1: Please send us a message informing your interest in goro’s buyback service along with the photos of your item (via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Email).

 

Step 2: Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you a “Buyback Application” document to your email using DocuSign. Please fill out the information and sign back the document.

 

Step 3: Please bring your item(s) in-person or delivery it to our store at Mira Place 2. Once we receive it, we will inspect and assess your item(s).**Note: Inspection and Assessment may take 1-2 weeks to complete.

 

Step 4: We will call you to confirm the offering prices for the item(s).

 

Step 5: Once you accept the offer, we will ask you to sign the “Purchase Agreement” and submit a copy of government-issued ID (e.g. Passport, HKID, etc.)

 

Step 6: Once the signed Purchase Agreement is received, we will transfer the amount(based on the agreed price on the agreement) to your bank account within one week from the date of the agreement.

 

(If an agreement is not made)

 

We will inform you to pick up your item(s) within one week from the date of the offer. We can also send back your item(s) via SF Express with insurance coverage. However, please be noted that delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
