*Please note that we are currently accepting buyback applications online only. Once our first store in Tsim Sha Tsui opens, we will start offering buyback service at the store too. Also, we don’t accept applications from customers outside Hong Kong at this moment.
Step 1: Please send us a message informing your interest in goro’s buyback along with your item photos (via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email@example.com).
Step 2: Once we receive your inquiry, we will send an instruction to explain the procedure to send your items to our office. Please send the signed “Buyback Application” along with your item(s).
Step 3: Once received, we will inspect and assess your item(s).
Step 4: We will send you an offer with the prices for each item.
Step 5: Once you accept the offer, we will ask you to sign the “Purchase Agreement” and submit a copy of government-issued ID (e.g. Passport, HKID, etc.)
Step 6: We will transfer the amount (based on the agreed price on the agreement) to your bank account within one week from the date of the agreement.
・Please send the item(s) in proper packaging such as bubble wraps to prevent damages.
・We are not held responsible and liable for any damages that occurred before we received the items (e.g. damage during delivery).
・Please select the direct signature option (i.e. value-added service) when sending the item(s), which requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery.
(If an agreement is not made)
We will return the item(s) to you or ask you to pick up at our office. Generally, we will use the SF Express with insurance coverage to return your item(s) and we will send you a notification upon delivery completion. Please message us once you receive the returned items within a week.
・We can’t tell you the estimated price before we inspect the actual item on our hands.
