General Return Policy
Customer's have to note that many of our products are second hand, or used products. We will not accept any exchange unless it is a substantial quality issue, such as the product is broken, bended, torn. We will not accept returns of certain products, including any discount or sales product that is listed on our website. Our products are eligible for return/exchange up to 5 calendar days after receipt of product. If 5 days passed since receipt of product, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging sealed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and have the product returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Customer will need to contact us at email@example.com within 5 calendar days after receipt of product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is reflected in your credit card account. Next contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
